Are these watches real? How can i be sure it's not a fake or some kind of sham?

All of our watches are totally real, legal, original and there is no place for copies or replicas in our collection. We offer only firsthand merchandise being an official distributor/retailer of every company we represent. Every doubt is crushed completely by an original packaging content and manufacture papers you'll find with your order.

What will i find in the package?

Every company offers different set of items completing a package. Usually it includes a watch itself (with a button cell installed in case of a quarz movement), original container, receipt, warranty and manual as well as any other feature if provided by a manufacturer.

What's up with battery for your quartz movements? How long does it last?

Watches with quartz movement run on generic button cells. It's quite common, affordable and can be found almost everywhere. There is no big deal to change it in a workshop or even by yourself! Usually a charge of button cell lasts for 11-12 months, but be aware that the battery in your brand new watch may last slightly less time due to that exact watch being in our stock for a while.

If any of our watches are out of stock, all you need is to leave your e-mail in the «Re-stock notification» field, which is shown atop of desirable model, and we will immediately inform you when it's avaliable again!

What payment methods do you accept?

What currencies can I pay?

All of our prices are set in Euro. If using any other currency other than Euro the final amount debited from your bank account may vary slightly depending on the conversion rate used by your bank.

Do I have to pay tax on the watches I order?

The prices displayed on our website include 22% value added tax. If you live outside EU you may still be liable for local import taxes in your home country. These fees differ depending on the value of your purchase and the delivery location, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

How are your watches delivered?

Our watches are delivered from our warehouse in Finland by Finnish post or Federal Express. Standard shipping costs: €5 (Europe) - €10 (Worldwide); express shipping costs: €10 (Europe) - €15 (Worldwide)

What if I change my mind about a watch I buy?

You have 30 days to change your mind. During the first 15 days, you have a full watch refund, for the 15 following days, you will be refunded with a coupon on the full value of the watch. Watches must be returned unused with all the original manuals, tags, boxes.

WarrantyWarranty

Is there any warranty on these watches?

Of course, there is! At least for 12 months (terms may vary because of manufacturer's warranty rules). Within warranty period you have the right to demand a free repair works or watch replacement. Warranty rules cover watch movement only and can't be applied for straps, clasps, cases and glasses as well as button cell replacement.

Battery replacement

Please note that batteries supplied with watches are installed at the factory to check the watch is working and, due to time spent in warehousing and shipping, may be partially run down by the time of sale.
Batteries are therefore not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If your watch stops working you should in the first instance take it to a specialist watch shop or repairer to have a new battery fitted. Itsmywrist.com nor the manufacturer can be held liable for the cost of replacing the battery.

How do I get a warranty service?

All you need is to contact us any possible way, explain your problem and send us your watch for a warranty service. Make sure you include receipt and warranty card in your package. We guarantee to fix any problem or replace your watch with new item within 21-day period. Also we advise you to contact us beforehand because it's often possible to manage with any issue by yourself!
